The Summer Challenge is open!

The deadline to complete the routes and submit evidence for the Summer challenge is the 30th September.

What is it?

We’ve created six beautiful and bespoke routes of varying distances.

Walk, jog or run. It’s up to you. Choose any route, at any time and in any order!

How Does it Work?

We provide you with bespoke turn-by-turn audio instructions as well as precise locations for the start and parking, ensuring safe and seamlessly smooth route navigation and outdoor discovery.

What Do I Need?

You will need a smartphone and these two apps: RunGo and what3words

You will also need a link to the SixPack location group which will be sent in your participant pack following your registration.

What Do I Get?

You will receive the following on signing up:

  • Six bespoke routes crafted by runners for runners
  • Access to each route, all with carefully customised turn-by-turn navigation
  • Access to an Interactive Leaderboard
  • Informative and easy-to-use instructions

On completion of all six routes you will receive a bespoke SixPack medal. Choose from either the original SixPack Metal Medal or the Summer Challenge Wooden Medal.

Church Crookham

An unassuming start soon gives way to forest canopies and the gradual ascent to Caesar’s Camp. Not alltrails lead to Rome however! Look out for the London skyline in the distance amidst this military trainingarea and enjoy the extended sweeping descent taking in the forest trails.

Frensham Little Pond

Once a medieval bishop’s fishpond, Frensham Little Pond offers a tranquil and rewarding end to abeautiful run set amidst stunning heathland. Your route takes you up onto a ridge with amazing viewsbefore meandering trails escort you home along a stunning lakeside trail.

Moat Pond, Thursley Nature Reserve

With extensive areas of open dry heathland, peat bogs, pine and deciduous woodlands, Thursley Nature Reserve offers the perfect trail running experience. A richly varied route is forgiving on thesole and rewarding for the soul! You can look forward to an amazing boardwalk experience towardsthe end of your running.

Puttenham Common

Close to the Hogs Back, your heathland journey will elevate all the senses. Excellent heathland trails willinclude some testing uphill sections. But your reward will be plentiful with some stunning, panoramicvistas. A runner’s delight and not common at all! Trail shoes recommended.

Park & Ride 5k

Farnham Park

Farnham Park is a surviving medieval deer park with a landscape of rolling grassland and veteran trees and a boundary that has remained unchanged for over 600 years. Offering avenues, hidden dells, hills, valleys, ponds and streams, its elevated position provides panoramic views of Farnham and the surrounding countryside.

Holt Pound, Farnham

Part of the Alice Holt Forest, Holt Pound is much the quieter area and offers a delightful journeyamidst the forest. You’ll come across the lovely Arboretum and also some sections that even regularvisitors might not know. Pound for pound, we think it’s a lovely route.
